I’ve never been up close and personal with an S2k so I can’t say personally whether it’s better, but I know this will definitely fit their needs better.

Whoa..................... You are truly dedicated to convertibles! As much as I love convertibles, I could not be seen in an ‘89 Lebaron. However, I would totally do a Murano Crosscab.

I've driven both. The Miata is objectively better IMO
